If we are mindful of our purchases, can it be recycled, is it biodegradable, can it be re-used, those are all questions we need to ask ourselves for cleaner living.
And why in the world do we still have plastics bags, can anyone tell me that? Is it possible to go zero waste? We all need to do better and be better for this planet sake.
My channel Taking the Green Road will offer reasonable and environmentally responsible ways for all of us to help this planet and the future of our children. Because, isn't that what it is all about, that we leave a better place for our children?
My channel will offers ways to live clean, be more eco-friendly & ways to live a more sustainable lifestyle. To become better stewards, planet-friendly, and in hopes to value green spaces. Recycling, composting, seed starting, and the creation of an indoor greenhouse are the upcoming and occurring topics. I think sometimes, it might be overwhelming to consider terms like: carbon footprint, low-impact, non-toxic, resource saving, toxic free, waste reducing, green building, locally grown and produced; it is the hope that this channel will alleviate some questions you may have in regards to those terms.
I hope to promote community engagement and community participation in various endeavors, for one example, my seed giveaway for various elementary schools. At this time I have sent seeds to elementary schools all over the country.
